University of Toronto Scarborough’s primary task is to prepare global citizens to navigate and lead within a shrinking, connected world. For UTSC, with its hallmark focus on experiential education, this means ensuring students have exposure to international contexts.

The campaign for UTSC will enhance international opportunities for students that include study abroad programs and international work placements. Philanthropic support will particularly benefit students in flagship programs that are inherently global in scope and require travel. These include Critical Development Studies, Management of International Business and graduate programs in Environmental Sciences.
