Alan Vihant is an architect and real estate developer, who graduated from the University of Toronto with both an Architecture and MBA degree. Vihant is Senior Vice-President, High-Rise for Great Gulf Group of Companies in Toronto, where he oversees Great Gulf’s high rise projects in Toronto, Dallas, Denver and Washington.

Prior to his career in real estate development, Vihant worked as a design architect with some of Toronto’s most renowned architectural firms including Diamond and Schmitt Architects and KPMB Architects, as well as in the United Kingdom for David Chipperfield. In 1994, he joined the property firm Wittington Properties to manage a diverse real estate portfolio including the planning and development of Concord CityPlace, a residential community on Toronto’s former Railway Lands.
